Olga Mixed Media, 2010 A print is available at Society6 . Watercolors, crayons, soft pastels, hard pastels, and stickers cut into shapes. I also played with it in iPhoto to tweak it some more. I tried to incorporate everything because I wasn't happy with this piece. I may have to just start new. I used images from nature that remind me of Olga yet I wanted to show that she's glamourous as well. Well, because she is a down to earth goddess in my opinion. I started this blog to inspire myself and promise to myself to make something beautiful everyday. Despite my skills being rusty, I do have to say that I love this portrait anyway. It's vibrant yet earthy.
