Existing Work:
I have original works of art available for purchase. The price depends on the time I spent as well as the cost of materials. I will be transparent about the non-negotiable cost.
If I sold an original piece I might have a print available. Prints are usually $10 to $20 depending on size. I can also embellish it for an additional fee. The price depends on what I embellish it with.
If I have art that is not in my shop I will upload it to the shop and send you the link. For your convenience, you can check my art shop first to see if a piece is already available for sale. The link is below.
Commissions:
Half the payment will be paid beforehand. This is to pay for materials and my time. Non-refundable. I will email you a client contract for you to sign.

What to Expect When You're Expecting:
EDITING PHASE
I will provide a quick outline sketch to make sure I understand exactly what you want before I start. Once I receive the ok from you I will dive in and start the piece. A 5x8 piece takes about 1 to 2 weeks.
IMPORTANT
The overall price will increase if asked to add or change something after I have already started the commission piece. Once the additional half of the payment is received I will continue the piece. This is because I may have to start over on a different piece of paper and add an additional work week, and other requested items that go into creating an original piece.
FINISHED PIECE
If you decide that after I finish a piece that you don't like it, you are not obligated to pay the rest of the amount owed. I will sell it in my online shop to make up for the time and money I spent creating it. Please keep in mind that the 1st payment is not refundable.

I bought an original or a print. Does that mean I own the copyright?
No, it does not. You own the painting/print, but not the copyright. This means that it is illegal for you to reproduce the painting/print for profit or to use the image in any way without my explicit permission.
Return and exchange policy
Once a print or original has been purchased it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an order arrives damaged please document the damage and email me at amber.art.info@gmail.com within 2 weeks of arrival. I will arrange to send you a replacement order (if its a print) provided that you cover the shipping cost.
If an original piece of artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so that I can contact the insurance provider. (Some international orders do not include insurance, depending on the destination).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will usually be shipped within 3-5 business days, but please allow for up to 7 days to ship as I run this business alone. Once the order has shipped within the US it can take 2-3 days to arrive an internationally sometimes up to two weeks depending on how well the postal service is running.
Will my order come with tracking info?
I send all original art orders with tracking but prints and any other smaller priced items are sent with proof of postage only (if you'd like tracked shipping please request it before ordering)
